Background: The independent predictive value of urinary albumin-creatinine ratio (UACR) trajectory beyond baseline eGFR remains unclear in IgA nephropathy. We analyzed 38 IgAN patients from the Hopkins CKD Cohort to determine whether UACR slope independently predicts eGFR decline.
